REVIEW: 2020 PROGRESSIVE WORLD FISHING & OUTDOOR EXPO
2020 Progressive® Insurance World Fishing & Outdoor Exposition, the region’s biggest fishing, hunting and travel event, a great way to get your family together from kids to grandparents and beyond. With more than 250 exhibitors selling hundreds of products from the boating, kayak, fishing, hunting and travel industries, the event is your one-stop shop to stock up on gear and plan your next adventure in the Great Outdoors while escaping cabin fever!
We have gone the past 4 years, my kids come home with a list of trips they want to take this summer, such as fishing up in Roscoe, NY for bass just to get a fish mounted. They have grown up as active outdoorsy kids, so this is a fun day for them each year. They loved the Live Birds of Prey exhibit, they get up up close and personal with these animals.
My husband noted how friendly many booths were so kid friendly and really encouraged their questions, no matter how crazy and out there they were. Thanks exhibitors for engaging my with 8 & 9 year old.
Food? The expo had you covered with choices so you could spend hours there, we were there for over 6 hours on Saturday
Of course there is plenty of items and equipment to buy while you are there, we came home with everything from broadheads, mustard, socks and jerky. Plus magazines and ideas of what we need to order to get reading for upcoming hunting and fishing seasons.
