Kid’s Week at the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum

Kids Week at the museum is six days of fun-filled activities, hands-on engineering workshops, live shows and much more, all exploring FLIGHT.  Learn how to grow food in space, create their own telescopes, master the physics of flight while making a perfect paper airplane, about the stars in the featured pop-up planetarium, watch exciting science demonstrations or brace for a breathtaking display with live birds of prey. Each day will feature special guests and award-winning children’s book authors.  (Paid event)

Astronomy Night at the Stamford Museum

Wolf Tails for Kids: Mythology of a Predator

Come to the WCC for a mythology program discussing the relationship between the wolves and humans of the past.  Learn about various wolf mythologies and then have a chance to create your own and share if desired. Finally, visit Ambassador wolves Atka, Alawa, Zephyr and Nikai as well as the WCC’s critically endangered red wolves and Mexican gray wolves too.  (Paid event)
