Snowflake Festival & Parade

Kingston Uptown Business Association is hosting a Season Celebrating Community Giving. Parade begins at 5pm with Santa Claus, musical acts, surprises – takes place from Dietz Stadium to N. Front, Fair & Main Streets to Wall & N. Front Streets for Holiday Tree Lighting. Tuba Christmas
