65th Annual Living Nativity at the Old Dutch Church

A wonderful holiday tradition with the re-enactment of the Christmas story with animals & local parishioners outside at the Old Dutch’s Churchyard. Performances are 6:30, 7:00 and 7:30pm

Sing Carols with Phoenicia Festival of the Voice

Sing Carols in the streets of Phoenicia holding candles and rejoicing around a bonfire at Mama’s Boys coffee shop while sipping on hot cider and eating fresh cookies. A free choral concert to follow  at the Weselyan Church on 24 Main Street. For more information contact  (845)-586-3588

“The Trial of Ebenzer Scrooge” 

“The Trial of Ebenezer Scrooge,” Mark Brown’s comic, prickly adaptation of “A Christmas Carol.”

The production will take place in the Courtroom at the Woodstock Town Hall located  at 45 Comeau Dr, Woodstock, NY 12498

Friday and Saturday shows open at 7:30 pm; Sunday matinees start at 2 pm

The Santaland Diaries

The Santaland Diaries by David Sedaris is about an out of work actor who is hired at Macy’s as a disgruntled Christmas elf. Season’s Greetings is full of surprises. Sat, 8pm

Winter Solstice Hike

12/21 1:30-4:30 pm

Minnewaska State Park Preserve, Kerhonksen, NY

This three and half mile loop hike along the Beacon Hill Footpath and Lake Minnewaska Carriage Road offers some of the best views in the Hudson Valley and the Catskills. This hike does include some tricky footing. Meet at the Nature Center.

All programs require pre-registration. To reserve your spot, please call the Park Office at 845-255-0752. Minnewaska State Park is located on 5281 Rte 44 55, Kerhonkson, NY 12446

Santa’s Firetruck Tour

Highland, NY

Town of Lloyd Police will be escorting Santa throughout the Town of Lloyd on a fire truck again this year. Keep your eyes open on the Highland Facebook Event pages for updated routes and times of Santa’s arrival!
