Today we want to introduce you to Tracy Zeccola of Yorktown with her business Buskin Leggings. She is a Mom of twin school age kids, and started her business just this year!
When did you join your sales company? January 2015
How did the idea come about? My 12 year old daughter loves leggings she would live in them if she could. While online I saw an opportunity to become part of a business that sells just leggings.
What is special about your business? My business is special because these leggings are super soft and come in many patterns. We carry sizes from toddler thru womens plus and we even have mommy and me styles.
How do you manage having your own business and motherhood? My children are in school during the day so I work my business when they are at school or when I have free time.
Walk us through a typical day: I wake up at 6:50 and get my twins off to school. I come home have a cup of coffee and get to work. I post alot to my fb page, intagram, twitter and in groups. The company is still fairly new so I am trying to get the word out to people how amazing these leggings are and if your a mom of a girl you know how they love their leggings.
If you had to give one piece of advice to a mom wanting to start her own business/sales what would it be? I would say to go into something that you truly are passionate about and love. It makes it so pleasureable to be able to share my product with people when they see me (plus size) in fashionable leggings and that they to can get them.
