Sahara Sam’s Oasis Indoor & Outdoor Waterpark

Share

imageSahara Sam’s Oasis Indoor & Outdoor Waterpark is located in West Berlin, NJ. Suit up and go!  After the first week of September it is indoor only but summer months it’s indoor and outdoor.  We had a ball. Starting indoor first, there was something to do for all ages, and four water slides. Upon arrival you walk through a large arcade where you can play and win tickets for prizes. There is fun for all at Sahara Sam’s.

With many rides and attractions here were some of our favorites:

  1. The Congo Bongo: A lazy river with sprays, over head waterfalls and perfect way to relax. Children under 36″ must wear life vest.  We stayed on over and over. image
  2. Tim-Buk-Tu: This is where the kids played the most indoors.  Platforms, water sprayers, slides and water dumping from above kept them entertained.image
  3. The Lizard Lagoon: Especially for your under 48″ crowd, shallow pool, Baby Bungee swings, two slides and sprayers.  Dual slides make it fun to race, lifeguard is on staff in area, seating along ledge for parents- 3 and under crowd plan on spending a lot of time here.
  4. Crocodile Flats: Water obstacle course, race across moving pads while holding on to monkey bars. 42″ and above height requirement.
  5. Sam’s Slamducker: Basketball hoops in pool for classic game of hoops.
  6. The Flow Rider: NJ’s only Indoor Wave simulator.  (Height and Age requirements must be met to ride- 42″ & 8 years old). Lay your belly on a boogie board and ride.  This is also prime seating location for a tons of laughs!
