Rockland County Weekly Events 4/21 – 4/28
Hello! Ooh I am l-o-v-i-n-g this weather! I had forgotten how good the sunshine is for the soul. It feels so refreshing to spend hours outdoors! Spring brings me motivation to move, a rearranged and organized approach on life, also that “spring”cleaning. Lots of time spent outside, lawn picnics, bouncing, digging, planting and those dreaded allergies (thank you Claritin) With weather this beautiful I try to find as much as I can do outdoors. Its a great time to visit one of our local farmers market for some healthy fruits and veggies and lets not forget Earth Day is Wednesday April 22nd.
