9am:  North Rockland Family Sports Day

Join us for a fun-filled day featuring obstacle courses, gaga pit, 9 square in the air, relay races, sports, zumba, and more exciting activities for adults and kids of all ages! All proceeds go to charity.  106 Hammond Road, Thiells

9:30am:  Annual Dennis P. McHugh 5K Walk/Run and Family Fair

Fly Wheel Park in Piermont, NY. Rain or Shine—bring the whole family and enjoy food, drinks, games, rides, and more!

The 5K Run/Walk will begin at 9:30, the Pee-Wee Race at 10:30, and the family fair will start at 11. All proceeds from the 50/50 this year will go to the Walsh family. Brian Walsh died on July 22, 2015, after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer, leaving behind his wife Meg and two young daughters, Collen 12 and Kayla 10.  This year’s event will raise funds for SHARE Africa,
which is based in Rockland County with an affiliate in Mbita, Kenya.

5pm:  Piermont Girls Night Out

Grab your friends and enjoy a very special evening in Piermont. Make your reservations at your favorite restaurant and prepare for a fun, mystical evening of learning all about you through tarot card readings, angel card readings, numerology and the yearly astrological forecast! There will also be a village walk-a-bout raffle, store specials and Happy Hour too!

  • Does anyone have additional information on the girls night out in piermont tomorrow? Where are the tarot card readers? Also where is the happy hour specials? Thx!!
