Halloween Parade & Festival: Join the Wappingers Falls Civic Association for the 4th Annual Wappingers Falls Parade & Fall Festival! A costume parade & contest, Pumpkin Patch, Raffles, Crafts, Donuts on a string challenge, Face painting, Food Vendor, Pumpkin carving contest.
