Maple Weekends

So last year while I was searching for events I found out about Maple Weekends.  Did you know that right now is the time that New York is making fresh delicious maple syrup?  Yeah me neither so we packed up the kids and headed to check out an open house at a farm in Dutchess county.  It was awesome!  My kids LOVED the samples and I think my then 4 year even learned a little about the entire maple syrup process to boot!
