MagicSuit Swimwear
I (Karen) love summer, I love laying out, playing with the kids, swimming and the heat. I am a huge bikini fan too opting for the first time in years for a one piece while pregnant summer 2011 with my second and it was from Target, nothing special. Not extremely flattering just a cover up while I was in the water with my first. I have had two c-sections within 15months of each other, though thin before kids, I gained a lot with my first, didn’t fully recover and was pregnant with my second 6 months later. Now that I just turned 30, things truly don’t bounce back, as I joke (or not) you can see Route 66 across my bum.
A few months ago I came in across Magicsuit Swimwear (apart of the Miraclesuit family) at an event I went to for other mom bloggers/influencers. Last minute I ended up modeling a suit and cover up and became impressed. I felt covered up but still sexy and slim in all the right places, typically a 4/6 I had an 8 in the suit. The Magicsuit style Molly in pink with fringe had a strap option, which is useful in wave pools and when carrying you kids or they may pull down. Trust me! The Magicsuit Draped Cover Up Dress is my new favorite and great for errands between swim time too, my dress is solid black covers mid thigh.
I was able to try and review another suit for last week’s summer vacation trip, more coverage and even a sexier mom look. The Solid Yvonne One Piece in black is a halter top with support and a dress look in front, the back looks like a typical one piece with brief look, not a dress style. I jumped in the pool with the kids, did handstands at the playground and walked around with confidence. One pieces are for all shapes and don’t have to be boring. I am seriously in love and had Jack (the 5 year old) take photos on the vacation house deck to show off this awesome suit. Again, I ordered in an 8, while typically 4/6 in jeans and small shirts, so ordering up may be a good idea.
