Everyday or evening there is something going on, check out the Spooky Nighttime Adventures if you want to visit later in the day. October 19& 20th features the Great Pumpkin Carving Weekend featuring Q&A with Master Carvers and Growers. Kids can play inside a “gourd-geous” Pumpkin House, put on a scary show at the Pumpkin Puppet Theater, look for wiggly worms, and join a Halloween Parade. The Halloween parade, which happens daily. The kids marched from the Children’s Adventure Garden to the wetlands and other nearby spots, shaking bells and maracas, and making educational pit stops. while every weekend offers even more treats. Overview of the Schedule:
-Collect fallen fruits and seeds in your scavenger hunt bag.
-Put on your own performance in the Pumpkin Puppet Theater.
-Enjoy spooky readings from favorite Halloween storybooks on weekends (2 & 3:30 p.m.).
Saturdays and Sundays, and Monday, October 14; 12 & 2 p.m.
At the Clay Family Picnic Pavilions (Except 10/19-20 when at the Discovery Plaza)
- BEGINS: October 14th, 2013 ENDS: October 21st , 2013 midnight EST
- Winner will be picked using random.org
