FinFun Mermaid TailsAll girls have dreams of being a mermaid when they are in the water.  Since Charlotte and Chloe were toddlers, I know they were laying in the tub pretending to have a fin. FinFun has many choices for the young girl in your life wanting to become a mermaid and have mermaid tails.FinFun Mermaid Tails

With styles and sizes for toddlers, kids and adults there is something for everyone, even shark fins for the boys.   The come in numerous colors, patterns and textures for girls to pick from.  Each is associated with a Mermaiden of the Seven Seas, girls can read and learn about their ambassador to the human world.  We reviewed two of the tails, a toddler Clownfish style and then a Monofin Jr in Arctic Blue. The clownfish style is a limited edition and the Artic Blue is part of the Mermaidens.  Toddler are for land use, not swimming.
FinFun Mermaid TailsThe toddler is just a tail and they can walk around and lay in the water and enjoy the cuteness. The Junior is the same type of tail but holds the insert for the mono fin.  The girls loved both, my kindergartener who wore the toddler one cannot wait for her monofin but needs to have stronger swimming skills.  There is a learning curve for swimming with a monofin, girls must attach while in water and be able to swim independently already to then move their feet as one.  Check out their Safety Video.

  1. Hi there, I’m just looking. for a little feedback on how you found the sizing. My girls are very thin with small waists. My 7 year old fits into the waist size of a small but the length size of a large. I am thinking I should just get the medium. Do you recall them fitting on the bigger size or smaller size?
