A night at Adella Wine Bar with Alison Sweeney and @themoms

Alison Sweeney  has a new book out called Scared Scriptless. This is Alison’s second book she has written. Alison is a busy mom with her roll on Days, which she is currently leaving as well as Biggest Loser and this is her second book she has written. She is full of life and energy and gives a great motivation for people. She talked about life as mother and teaching her kids why she has to work and be away. She talked about her son sitting down next to her and writing his own book while she was writing her book.
